Discover Brighton's free outdoor event, showcasing the wonderful world of Brighton Fringe. With everything from comedy to cabaret and puppetry to poetry, sample England's largest mixed arts festival!
Fringe City 2014 will take place on Saturday 3, 10, 17 and 24 May and for the first time on Sunday 4 May, between 1pm – 5pm.
Taking place along New Road and in Pavilion Gardens (3 May), it’s the perfect place to check out what Brighton Fringe is all about and sample some of the programme for free.
In 2013, over 45,000 people attended Fringe City during five fantastic days of performances, installations, sideshows, dance-offs, choirs, cabaret, puppetry, children's workshops, acrobatics and surreal walkabout performers.

The Stunning Sir Peter Blake Art Bus
3 May - New Road
All aboard this dazzling double-decker of delight! Take a tour & view amazing artwork from the godfather of British Pop Art, as the Art Bus returns to this year’s Fringe City, presented by artrepublic & CCA Galleries.
Pavilion Gardens Family Picnic
3 May - Pavilion Gardens
Join us for family friendly performance and some tasty Feel Good drinks on the Pavilion lawn.
Featuring the Barracuda Inflatable Assault Course - Try your luck at the giant-size inflatable assault course. A challenge for young people of all ages.

Friends of the Pavilion Gardens Café invite you to celebrate the Café's 70+ years. There will be music, dancing and entertainment for young and old, local charity stalls and special events. There will be a different programme every Saturday in May.
