Brighton Fringe welcomes events and venues that actively accommodate the needs of audiences and champion accessibility
All our venues and events are listed on our website with accessibility icons that include (but are not limited to) step-free access, hearing loops and relaxed performances.
You can filter by accessibility needs on the What's On page.
Personal Assistants are entitled to free tickets. Please email [email protected] to organise personal assistant tickets.
Brighton Fringe also accepts The Compass Card, allowing under 25s in the Brighton and Hove area with special educational needs or disabilities to buy tickets at a concessionary rate whilst also securing a free personal assistant ticket.
Brighton Fringe recognises Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Lanyards and encourages Brighton Fringe venues to do the same.
The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is a discreet way for adults and children with hidden disabilities to show that they need additional support or just a little more time.
We have Sunflower Lanyards available to give to the public who need them! Head to the box office to claim yours.
Brighton Fringe offered a Digital Inclusion Listing Booklet in 2024, to help people access the brochure who struggle with digital exclusion.
Additionally, Digital Brighton and Hove can help direct those who are digitally excluded to find the support they need in the local community.
Visit their resources page here, or call them on 0808 196 5883.
