BRIGHTON FRINGE 2023 EVENTS BRINGING EUROVISION TO YOU

Brighton Fringe 2023 is returning for another year from May 5 to June 4 with more than 500 events taking place in more than 100 venues in Brighton and beyond. 

A colourful array of events, from cabaret and variety to theatre to live music and more, are ready to give Brighton a breath of fresh air. 

From May 9-13, another event is ready to give this country a breath of fresh and energising air, we’re talking about Eurovision Song Contest!

After England got appointed as the host country for this year’s show, everyone is prepared to celebrate and enjoy a vibrant and unique array of music from across Europe and beyond. 

While Eurovision is taking place in Liverpool, Brighton Fringe 2023 is also presenting events perfectly catered to Eurovision enthusiasts. We got you covered!

Here is what you can expect to find around those dates: 

EUROVISION (YOUR DECISION), MAY 10,11. £15 (Ironwork Studios)

Join hosts, hilarious Katie and Demetrius, as they introduce memorable hit songs performed live from past Eurovision Song Contests. 

You, the audience, vote for your favourite song which is performed again at the end of the show.

A true homage to Eurovision, completely camp and absolutely bonkers! Bringing Eurovision straight to you!

CABARET CONTINENTALE: WE STILL LOVE EU, MAY 20, 21. £16 (Brighton Spiegeltent)

Fill your Fringe with a Eurobang at 'Cabaret Continentale'! Sensational and sexy variety of Spiegel acts from around Europe. Hosted by the rambunctious Charlie Partridge with Cherry Shakewell, Circopitanga and loads more! 

We are celebrating and sharing our love for all things Europe. Burlesque, circus, music in a cabaret of breathtaking, glamorous, hilarious action!

What better way to keep the Eurovision spirit up?

SASSY! HOEDOWN, MAY 18, 19, 20. £12 (Brighton Spiegeltente: Bosco)

SASSY! Hoedown is back for its fourth year but with a twist. The freshest cabaret in town is ready to show off the fiercest western talent. Sheriff, Lucy Hopkins, and her ‘Sass Squad’ will guide you through a fun night of circus, burlesque, dance, drag and more.
