Brighton Fringe 2023 is taking place from May 5 to June 4, with more than 500 events happening in more than 100 venues in Brighton and beyond.
With events varying from comedy, to theatre, to cabaret and more, you wouldn’t want to miss out on getting tickets before they run out. Better yet, Brighton Fringe has a ticket type to suit every occasion and suit anyone’s situation.
Here’s a rundown of what you can expect to find and what events are offering those ticketing options.
PAY WHAT YOU WANT TICKETS (PWYW)
Pay-what-you-want tickets allow you to decide how much you can afford to spend on an event, starting from a minimum directly set by the performer and up to £30. Just pull the slider on the screen and name your price.

A surreal cabaret chat show hosted by the immiscible ‘Wrong Numba’ who will be existentially exploring our current affairs and how to handle them.
Expect music and dancing until the world ends (or closing times).
‘RAUL KOHLI: INGLISH’, May 27, 28, 29 and June 3, 4. From £10 (Laughing Horse @ The Quadrant)
Award-winning comedian Raul Kohli talks about what it means to be English in his brand-new stand-up hour.
With anecdotes from his attempts to ingratiate himself with English culture (namely through football, alcohol and drug abuse) and analysis of the current cultural and political landscape.

Project Female Dance Company, a youth-led organisation, put together this performance to honour and acknowledge the impact female protests around the world had on society.
A performance accompanied by a fusion of hip-hop/contemporary fusion and commercial dance genres.
‘SPIEGELCIRCUS’ May 29, 30, 31 and June 1, 2, 3 £6 (Brighton Spiegeltent)
An interactive and magical family circus for little ones and older peers who are still children at heart.
Join a skilled cast as they perform aerial, dancing, hula-hoop and more spectacular activities.
A fun family show where anything can happen – not too close and personal. And meet the cast for photos after the show.

This is a 4-ticket deal purchased together at a special discounted rate. They are available unless otherwise stated, to 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children.

‘THE PRINCESS AND THE FROG’, May 20 £12 (Brighton Open Air Theatre)
‘Let’s All Dance Company’ is returning to Brighton with this beautiful, classic ballet to charm audiences of all ages. Suitable in particular for 2-9 years old and SEND children.
