Brighton Fringe 2025: 2 May - 1 June

Brighton Fringe 2025 will run from 2 May - 1 June. Registration is now open!

There are several important dates in the Brighton Fringe Calendar. Make sure to make a note of them!

For 2025 there will be 4 different deadlines for event registration: Early Bird, Print, Digital Only Listing, and Latecomers'. These deadlines will decide when your tickets go on sale; the earlier you register, the sooner they will go on sale.

Key Dates & Deadlines

Event Registration and Ticket Sales

1. Early Bird Registration Deadline

Deadline: 5:00 PM on Monday, 2nd December 2024
Benefits:
- Enjoy a 30% discount on registration fees
- Be included in the Brighton Fringe 2025 printed brochure
- Have your tickets available for sale during the festive period

2. Tickets On-Sale Dates for Finalised Registered Events

Midday Thursday, 5th December 2024 – Tickets go on sale exclusively to Friends of the Fringe
Midday Friday, 6th December 2024 – Tickets go on sale to the general public

3. Registration Reopening

Registration will close briefly after the Early Bird deadline, and then reopen on:
- Monday, 9th December 2024 at 10:00 AM

4. Registration for Events After the Early Bird Deadline

Events registered after the Early Bird Deadline will be listed on a weekly rolling basis.
Note: Event listings will be paused over the Christmas/New Year period (Friday 20th December to Monday 6th January) due to office closure.

Printed Brochure Deadline (for 20th Anniversary Edition)

To ensure your event is included in the special 20th Anniversary printed brochure, your event must be fully finalised, including:
- Event listing copy
- Image upload
Final Deadline: 5:00 PM on Monday, 10th February 2025

OTHER DEADLINES

Deadline for provision of proof of PLI: Thursday 1 May 2025.

Deadline for provision of Venue Risk Assessment: Thursday 1 May 2025.

Deadline for supplying music usage tracks: Friday 16 May 2025.
